Tines Store is a collection of useful and beautiful products from Tines, produced in short, limited runs. We designed and created them with leading makers and craftspeople, as a celebration of creativity and craft. All proceeds from their sale benefits Operation Safe Escape, a charity that we are proud to support.

Shipping

Once you’ve made a purchase, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. This email acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Orders ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 5:00pm (GMT) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00am (GMT). During peak periods, processing times may exceed two (2) business days.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Galway, Ireland. Depending on your country, customs fees may apply to your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information.

We currently ship to the European Union, Canada, the United States and Australia. We are working to expand warehousing and shipping operations so that We can bring our products to more countries in the future. Stay tuned for updates and thank you for your understanding.

Order cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Products availability
  • Errors in the description or prices for products
  • Errors in your order
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your order cancellation rights

Any products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with the Return Policy.

Returns

We offer refunds for goods returned within 14 days. Exchanges are offered on a discretionary basis after this period. To be eligible for a return, Your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.

We cannot process returns on perishable goods, products that are intimate or sanitary goods, vouchers or printed periodicals.

To start your return, email store@tines.com with your order number and the reasons for return. You will be responsible for all costs of return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Missing order

If you place an order and do not receive any shipping notice within five (5) business days, or if your order hasn’t arrived 10 days after it has shipped, please contact us directly (including your order number) at store@tines.com.
